The desert trembles (since 2007)

As salaam Alaikum!

Until now Dubai has been known mainly for the Burj al Arab, a whole lot of desert, the world’s largest mall, the most Ferraris per capita and temperatures that like to hover around 50 degrees Celsius. Oh, yes, then there is the oil.

But Dubai is first and foremost one thing: continually changing. Just as the Hirschen Dubai has been changing the idea of advertising by bringing cutting edge creativity and German standards of quality to the Middle East since 2007.

We were brought on board as creative and marketing consultants for the city’s largest project – the "Bus Master Plan". And we are here to stay.

Since then our client roster has grown considerably, beside the RTA we also service various universities and a publishing house. Other national and international companies are showing interest in our ground breaking creative campaigns that push the limits of concept, design and attitude. Since Dubai is known as a city of superlatives we are just the right kind of agency to flourish here.

Our campaign "Iceberg in Creek" is a perfect example of this attitude. Working with a limited budget, we created a cross media campaign that captured the publics imagination so much so that before the mystery we had created could be revealed, the newspapers and radio stations started a campaign of their own. They asked people to submit their guesses as to what the "Iceberg" could be... this of course added free publicity to what was eventually revealed to be the introduction of RTA’s new air-conditioned waterbuses. A very successful and creative result!
